British! 
I am kinda stereotypical British with my cups of tea and Digestive biscuits, not to mention my love of trench coats and Harry Potter.  

I'm do this purely for the love of writing. If I don't get these stories out somewhere then concentrating on normal life becomes very difficult. Plus why keep worlds that I love and think about to myself, when other people could be enjoying them too! 
 My favourite thing to do, besides writing, is listen to music and create scenarios that would fit with that music, and thats partly how I come up with potential fight/action scenes in my writing.
