She didn't exactly stand out from the crowd. Freckles dusted her slightly hooked nose and her brown eyes shone with laughter. Her auburn hair floated softly around her face and shoulders as her straight teeth showed through with a toothy smile. Others wouldn't see all of the insecurities that she possessed if she kept her shoulders back and held high, but she held them, as many teens do.

In her pocket, her best friend waited, her phone. Although she claimed that it was pretty crappy, through it, she brought laughter, tears and thought through the words she created.

She didn't believe that she was talented, as many teens do, but she had people in her life that supported and loved her, encouraging her to be the best that she could be.
