Hey all, hope everyone has been keeping well.  A couple of updates from me:
          
          1.  All works started here will be finished, no story has been abandoned.
          
          2. Mutual Friends is still my priority WIP and I have been writing this in the background. I just don't want to keep dragging out wait times between single chapter drops when my life has made finding time and headspace to sit down, write, edit, rewrite and inevitably post unpredictable. I know how much I myself get hooked on a new read and then end up constantly checking for updates and being disheartened when there aren't any for a long time, so I don't want to do that. I do plan to start uploading again soon - but once most of the story is complete and edited.
          
          3. I did want to give notice that my story Writer's Block will be coming down from Wattpad in a week (Wednesday 16th September). This is because I'll be working with an editor soon and hopefully making this corporate girl's dream of publishing a real book happen (ahhhhh!!) Now's your chance to read it if you haven't already! 
          
          4. You can find me on Facebook and Instagram (details in my info section) as well as my fb readers group - RubyMica Reader's Room.  Come chat to me about these stories, the process of self-publishing as I tackle it and sharing recs for other stories you're obsessed with!

@RubyMica I’m loving Mutual Friends and was wondering if you will be updating more? I know you said this one will be short so do you have an idea how many chapters? 

About how many chapters of Mutual (ik you said it was a short story)? I like to binge all at once. Love love your writing!!

Heya, just wanted to apologise for the lack of updates and ghosting y’all. Life has been full on lately. I was waiting to write this so I could give a realistic schedule for updates but for now I just can’t. I do want to get a couple WIPs wrapped up over Summer though so it is not an indefinite delay. No stories are abandoned but Mutual Friends and Finding Peace are both my current priority WIPs over July and August.

Hello, is the book mutual friends abandoned? 

Hiii! I am working on a chapter update for MUTUAL FRIENDS to go up tonight (hopefully!). In the meantime, a lovely commenter asked about Henry’s POV so I played around with this a little earlier than originally planned in the story. 
          
          It’s on my FB reader group - RubyMica Readers Room - now!! If you’re interested in joining the group, I’ll be posting a link in the comments. 
          
          It’s only a short snippet and not edited. As it was not originally planned in, it doesn’t change the plot (just gives a juicy insight) but if people would prefer I still upload the snippet here, let me know and I will do that too!
