She looked across the table into his black eyes, dark as knight and deep as a pit, "I will kill you." Checking her reflection in the café window she observed the couple outside on the patio, "Next time you run I will hunt you down and kill you. I am excellent at what I do and when I do it, it's a full proof plan. So, if necessary, I would do whatever I can to track and kill you."
          	
          	He took a sip of his double espresso, challenging her glare, "I'd say the same, but if you do leave, then go far. Because I will kill the man that touches you. I will kill his children. I will kill the damn dog too and then hand them to you in the living room."
          	
          	"You mean to say my children.", she acknowledged what he said.
          	
          	There was no remorse, no apology in his eyes, "Yes."
          	
          	Without a second thought, she leaned over to pluck the cup from his fingers, "Perfect!" Lightly kissing him on the lips she whispered, "When do I meet the family?"
