Hello my wonderful friends! My name (or at least penname) is Ellie Raine. Thank you for taking some time out of your no doubted busy day to look at my stories. As you are reading this, I expect you are curious as to who this strange author is. Allow me to enlighten you.
I am a young woman from Oregon aspiring to be an author, like many of those on Wattpad. I have been reading for most of my life and writing for many years. From childish Mary Sue type stories to more original characters in writing roleplays, I finally came to where I am now, writing my own novels which, if I do say so myself, are quite good especially in comparison with those I wrote in my grade-school years.
I love adventure stories and tend to prefer historical fiction, science fiction, and light fantasy. I do not read or write smut, gore, or teen romance. I also stay away from stories relating to pagan, occultic, wiccan, mystic, and things of that variety. If I offend you by this, don't read my stories.
My favorite music composer is Yoko Kanno and I love listening to her music while writing. A lot of my inspiration for writing comes from The Name of the Wind, The Lord of the Rings, Dragon Riders of Pern, The Well at the World's End, Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, and recently Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality, a fan-fiction which is well worth your while even if you are not a Harry Potter fan.
Please comment if you read. Comments bring such joy and motivation to the lives of writers! I will love you forever (or at least for a long time) if you comment! Citiques and compliments are both welcome.

Rated PG-13 because some themes might be touchy subjects to some people. No smut. No gore. No profanity.
