I am currently in a rough space thanks to COVID, my country went in lockdown when I had to get physcial therapy. I have a vein disorder which caused my left arm to lose allmost all strenght. I couln't lift anything without shaking. I now got exceries but they are really rough and make me tired. So I lost all motavition to do anything.
