I believe in the power of stories and the power of expression to really affect another person. that is what I want to do, reach out to you, make you feel make you care about something. Pull reality out of the void and tell the best story I can. I don't believe in tricks or methods to keep the reader frustrated enough to continue reading; i believe great stories are still possible and I want to tell you mine.
Writing is everything for me, it can give form to the abstract and lets us expresses the inexpressible. It gives us endless worlds full of endless life and endless emotion. It gives me so much and ultimately my real joy is to tell myself a story but I invite you to take a seat, join me and listen in.
Mainly my stories come from dreams upon which I build a wider world and chain of events. Most of the writing for The Wall took place in Mexico and has there is a huge influence in the culture and language. I hope this gives my writing a sense of authenticity as it reflects some of the characters I have met along the way through the US and Mexico.
I would love you to help me on my journey by reading and reviewing my writing but please remember this is at 1st draft stage so there is a lot to be cut and corrected.
