Ghost Rider is a multi purpose force designed to maintain peace but spread terror throughout the continents. It has three main sectors: The Business, The Army and The Community. All of these are brought together by the Ultimate Overseers, who are overseen by the one and only Surge Commander, Maggie "Sneeze" Knight.

Ghost Rider was formed by three individuals during WWII, and has continued to grow ever since. After WWII, Ghosts were recognized for their input and efforts, and more people turned to Ghost Rider after the old Surge Commander was awarded by the monarchy for his valiant efforts.
