Many people face stress/anxiety/depression issues these days especially among us teenage and early adult section, which is the general Wattpad crowd.
Firstly, the mental issues surely need to go, but they exist for a good reason.
Oh, they have scored more marks than me, and now I'm depressed. But have we really tried to study more? Oh, no one likes to talk to me. But do we like to spend enough time with ourselves, and enriching ourselves and our own personalities? Oh exams are coming closer, oh I have so much work, but have we performed all our duties to our heart's best?
Secondly, I have been meditating for many years and I believe it is a cure to almost all mental related issues faced today.
