When most Japanese youth turn 20, they enter in adulthood through Seijin no Hi, a rites of passage. After a day of ceremonies, partying, and shrine-going, these youth now enter the world as a complete adult. Atagi Naritake finds his Seijin no Hi is not a door opening to adulthood possibilities, but rather a door opening to a mystical and dangerous world filled with Yokai, omniyoji, and other ancient wonders.
