The only fun thing about hyperfixation is that you can't choose them at all and most od the time they're so nich, random and unrelated to your usual interests that you have to learn everything from the start. Like fym I'm having a fixation on Kylian Mbappe out of everything. Fyi I know nothing about football, I have severe anemia and am unable to exerce most sport. The last things I was ACTUALLY hyperfixated on were MBTI/Typology (2023, I got sick over it multiples times, it was really unhealthy to the point I now avoid any form of Typology rekated content.) Harry Potter (From age 10 to 12, very intense, litteraly there was not a centimeter of my bedroom without HP merch, got excited to the point I threw up.) and Warrior Cats (I will not elaborate, I didn't get sick but U could only think and talk about that, it made the people around me angry.)
