@18duncjw I'm going to be honest and straight with you. Your character is very poorly designed in regards to Sector 51. For starters there has been no previous interstellar travel before Stephen, and he has no chance of story development. However the main reason I can't allow him in is because he's in a different setting. For me, switching POV's is a really cheap story element that is a very quick and dirty way to add more chapters. I find using this method to not hold true to what writing really means to me. If you can come up with a character that is suitable for the story I will consider adding him/her in remember these elements
He must be Hauxim
They must be in sector 51
They must have opportunity for development
They must be well planned
