I go to bed at 10:00 PM most of the time cause I take a sleeping pill at 8:30 and then I get tired and fall asleep, it's a strong pill cause I can't sleep without it cause I have my nights and days mixed up when I don't take it so I'll be up at night and sleep in the day time
