Helllooo Wattpad! It has been soooo long since I've been on here. Basically, being a biology major means committing to lots and LOTS of work. I've been so swamped by all the science-y goodness of my major that I lost my writing muse. After having to write one-too many scientific presentations, I snapped- in the most non-violent, non-psycho way-  and decided to do National Writers Month this year. 
          Soooo, here's the deal. I know that people are STILL waiting on me to finish rewriting the Heroes Rising series. While I love those characters and that story, I really feel the need to move on. I have a sci-fi/ time-travel series that I've been working on for the past year. And, at last, it's going onto  Wattpad. 
          There's going to be five short stories posted, hopefully, within the month. Here's the order: Castle, Song, Grave, Rivers, and Fang. The names will make sense once you read them. But be on the look-out for some new stuff.

So, in really lame attempt to make up for how absolutely terrible I am at doing regular updates, I am busy posting all of the chapters that have been rewritten and edited over the past couple months. Between the end of a college semester and the madness that is Christmas in America, I didn't have a lot of time to do any editing (ugh, it never ends). But, never fear, I have found time to get back on Wattpad.  So, since I don't know when I will next have a lot of free time, I will go on a publishing spree with Into The Deep End. It's going to be probably five or six chapters by the time I'm done. 
          I can't say when the next major update is going to happen, but I will try to get the book finished soon so that I can began to seriously work on book 3. It's still unnamed and doesn't have a cover at this point, but I will post the summary and title as soon as I have time to decide on something.

The first two chapters of the newly rewritten Into The Deep End have finally been posted! The regular, hopefully weekly updates start in two days. As soon as I'm done wrestling with this beast of a project, I'll start working on book three of Heroes Rising, which has yet to be named.

I know that some people might be unhappy about this, but Into The Deep End is being temporarily taken down for some serious editing. With Book Three on the way, I realized that the first part of the trilogy needed some serious love. I promise it will be back up as soon as possible in its new and improved form.

Into the Deep End just hit 1,000 views!! I know it isn't a lot but it's definitely a milestone for me. Thank-you for reading and voting everybody. Keep up the good work! :)

One of the best things about living in the South is that everything shuts down when you get even the smallest bit of ice. It is absolutely wonderful. Not to brag, but I missed two and a half days of school (and a Chemistry lab- the best part of the whole deal). 
          While I was enjoying my snow days, I could either do some math, which nobody wants to do, or I could write while sipping on my coffee. I went with the second option. Soooo, I'm posting a novella that will give you guys  something to read while I'm fumbling around with book three of Heroes Rising. Also, I have most of the next chapter for Saving Grace done, but I'm having a real struggle with editing. It's coming soon, I promise.

Now it's time for me to stop being such a horrible writer and finally give some love to my loyal readers, especially my followers. You've put up with my incredibly sporadic updates and typos. It really does make my day to see that someone else is enjoying my writing. Thank-you for your votes. You guys are the best! :)
          P.S. I'm trying to get better about the updates, but horrible things like Chemistry tests sometimes pop up out of nowhere. School really does put a damper on things...ugh. Anyways, all my rambling is just to say that I'm working on making regular updates.  Okay. Now I'm really done.

Here's my late Christmas present- Saving Grace. I'm testing out some weird fantasy/ general fiction that a friend challenged me to write. It isn't my favorite genre, but we'll see how this turns out. Please go check it out!
