Ok guys I found a girlfriend for Ceasar! What should I name her? She's the same species of orb weaver he is, only rn she's currently like 1/4 his size because she's a lot younger. (heh heh ~U~)

found another orb weaver. Thinking about putting him in my window as a replacement for the male orb weaver that died a couple months ago when i bred him with my female spiny (she laid an egg sac, by the way--hope it's fertile!) but i dont know if he'll be able to live there. I'm pretty sure he'd be fine, and if I ever think he wont be, I'll make him a house to web up ;)
Anyway, what should I name him? Or her? I don't know if it's a male or a female just yet, but I'll find out soon.

I love how NATIVE AMERICANS are thought of as minorities despite the fact that they were here before literally anyone else, including white people (THE ONLY NON-MINORITY RACE FOR SOME REASON). Can some one explain this to me? Can someone explain to me why we call every race but white 'minorities'?

I mean, the word itself implies that every race is somehow 'minor' compared to white. I'm not saying every white person is racist or anything, but people get confused when I get irritated by this word in this specific context.

Someone asked me why I get offended by this word even though I'm white, and I explained the implications--then I asked why she, a straight person, would get offended by the word 'gay' (which I have witnessed). She told me it was an insulting word no matter what context it was in. Keep in mind, this woman is extremely straight. Not a single gay person I have ever met in my entire life has ever gotten offended by the word gay. In fact, just about every single one of them FLAUNT the word, using it and openly displaying it in everyday conversations. This is proof that the only people who get offended by certain words are people that word does not apply to.

I think people most of all just need to chill. I don't mean not to defend yourself, but getting hot and bothered over literally nothing seems to be a key factor in society these days.
