@fIoralove  ⠀⠀⠀╱⠀⠀⠀A   HAND   OF   FLESH   PRESSED   AGAINST   HIS   CHEST   AS   THOUGH   HE   COULD   SOMEHOW   THREATEN   HIS   RACING   HEART   AND   HEAVY   BREATHING   INTO   SUBMISSION.ㅤㅤ‎it   wasn't   nearly   as   frequent   anymore,   the   racing   bouts   of   anxiety,   but   they   were   far   from   eradicated.   especially   in   the   face   of   things   that   haunted   him.ㅤㅤ‎with   a   slightly   strangled   breath,   “   thanks,  ”ㅤㅤ‎he   didn't   normally   take   too   well   to   comfort   from   others,   but   it   was   hard   to   deny   that   her   presence   helped   in   moments   like   these.

            blue eyes watched carefully with each movement , as if not wanting to miss a single detail .  if john had his sketch book with him he could easily draw the prettiest picture of bucky , capture every single detail in one frame alone .  “ that’s more like it .  was half plannin’ just tae drag you along with me when i go over there .  appreciate makin’ it more easier on my part .  ” he let out a soft chuckle , relieved that leave wasn’t too far away but now wishing for it to come even quicker .

@taskdemo  ⠀⠀⠀╱⠀⠀⠀he   knew   the   feeling   well.   the   white   noise   of   his   television,   the   humming   of   his   dishwasher.   all   just   noise   to   drown   out   the   unrestrained   thoughts   that   raced   through   his    head.   he   ran   his   teeth   over   his   bottom   lip   in   thought,   his   fingers   fiddling   with   the   edge   of   the   manila   folder.ㅤㅤ‎“   i   wouldn't   mind   it.   been   needing   to   switch   things   up.  ”ㅤㅤ‎he   agreed,   leaving   out   the   part   of   his   own   loneliness.

            an amused huff was quick to escape through his nostrils , cheeks flaring at the suggestion .  “ aye .  occasionally  ,  when my days aren’t filled with missions or papers .  ” he admitted , allowing himself a soft chuckle .  the scot trusted bucky enough by now to even suggest taking them to his homeland , and considering his leave coming around the corner he couldn’t imagine anyone better to spend it with .  “ it’s all up tae you though .  if..  you’d ever want tae go with me .  i have a few week mandatory leave comin’ up and i’d rather spend it with someone instead of bein’ all alone back at my flat again .  tends tae get pretty borin’ that way .  ”

            that brought an immediate grin to the scot’s face , clearly amused by the reaction he got .  of course john already knew bucky’s answer , how could they NOT miss someone as wonderful as john mactavish ?  it would be almost baffling to say the least .  “ lucky for us both i already know the answer tae that question .  of course you missed me  ,  cause i certainly missed you .  ” playful nature aside , he did mean it .  john missed them as much as the other surely missed him , which they did .
