I read a text in Russian and really liked it, so i did my best to translate it so others can enjoy it as well Life is like a trip on a train. With many stops, changes in course and sometimes even accidents. At birth, we get onto the train with our parents, thinking that they'll always be with us. But one day, they'll exit the train and you'll continue the trip on your own. Time goes by, and a lot of different people have have been in the compartment with you. Some were very important to you, maybe they'll even stay with you until the end of the ride. Some may exit the compartment forever, and forever leave an empty seat next to you. While other disappeared on the station this unnoticeably, that we don't even realize that there's a new person sitting there. This trip will be full of happiness, sadness, expectations and hopes, apologies, hellos and goodbyes. Sometimes, one might experience the desire to pull the brakes, or change trains entirety, while on other days, one might look out of the window happily and show interest in the new passengers again. The big secret of the trip? You don't know which stop you're supposed to get off. All you have to do is the enjoy the ride by yourself and make it enjoyable for those next to you as well. That's very important. Because when we reach our station, we need those who continue their trip to realize that the seat is free, empty now, and so they'll have nice memories about the person that sat there just a moment ago.

And I'm fully vaccinated!
Am I like...the only one who does the thing with my reading lists that I have one for every fandom I'm in or was so I can find what I'm searching easier? And keeps the one I read there as well? And has a separate list for those i still want to read? Similar style of organizing stuff on YouTube n other sites? Because I've not seen anyone do the same.. Is it weird to do that?
@Notyourmoms makes sense, but you only get notifications from books in the library, not the lists. At least It's like that for me. I usually binge books, if they aren't finished and I wanna wait for chapters i put it on the list(s) and the library, if a new chapter is there and I don't remember the plot anymore I just reread some of it and it's usually ok, if a book is completed I remove it from the library but keep it in a list so I can reread and know what I already read. I used to be embarrassed about some stuff that I read too, but I honestly don't care anymore because most of us have read or watched something... questionable at best, so why bother hiding it.
@SRWfangirl I thought you would get notifications if you add books to any list. I have a couple books bookmarked because I haven't gotten to the latest chapter and don't want to get confused (and spoilers) if I get notifications for brand new chapters. I also have a lot of books in the hidden library thing because I'm sorta embarrassed by what I read or I haven't sorted what I want shown publicly in a long while.
I wrote a poem: Through darkness, through the night, pounding heart, adrenalin, again ans again we fight our battles, still we're not seen. Countless souls were lost, succumbed to rage and madness, hurting those they love the most, they fell into the darkness. And yet, as days go on and on, you stand alone, facing the dark, "maybe this battle can't be won?" you ask, feeling your dimming spark. And yet, the sun is quickly rising on repeat, sunrays like a loving kiss, are filling you with heat, burning away the sorrow, the nightmares and the fears, giving you some hope to borrow and drying away your tears. What do ya think? Feedback is always welcome
