            Once they reached the arcade , Stan opened the door and let the boy go before him. Keeping an eye on him as they looked around for Bill , "you see him anywhere Georgie ?" He asked

            Georgie lowered his head a bit, his grip on the other boy's hand tightening slightly. " O-Okay . . " He whispered and stopped asking questions, staying quiet unless he was spoken to.

            Bill’s own soft smile also grew a little wider upon hearing that, his deep blue hues shifting back onto the Jewish teen. “Well, th-thanks, I’m gl-glad you think s-s-so,” he said with a slight chuckle, his hands remaining in his hoodie pockets. Though he still felt like he could be better, he remained silent on the matter, letting the curly-haired male have the last say on the matter. Stopping himself from rocking on his heels any longer, he looked around for a moment or so. “Glad you’ve p-put up with my sh-sh-shit f-for all these years, S-St-Stan,” he jabbed lightheartedly, eyes falling back onto him.

            Bill couldn’t help the small smile that adorned his own lips shortly after Stan’s, rocking on his heels. “I’m t-trying t-t-to d-do better. I f-f-feel like I lack as a f-friend, s-so I’ve been t-trying to be a better one,” he admitted in a soft and mildly hushed tone, looking down at his feet in a bit of a sheepish manner. “Just s-s-self-doubt, I’m s-sure.”
