Plank crawl (1 song any song if you wanna do a 10 minute song then go for it!:))
2 × 10 plank ups and downs (oh my gosh I hate these)
2 × 10 plank twist
74 crunches
Side note: I didnt completely do this one the one I done is from a YouTube their channels name is "fromlumi" and they added some changes so have one while you do this workout ❤
Yall I recommend the le sserafim workout like I've done it for 3+ days straight and everything I dance to hard kpop choreography I'm hardly out of breath and the results...are resulting when ever I don't feel motivated to do it I just think of e result and what could be me
guysssss...I ate 811 calories today...my limit is 450...I need to learn self control and I am hungry but after seeing that I'm not hungry anymore...do yall have tips for self control?
Broooo....I cut korean air bangs they look alright but I'm nervous to show up to school with em tomorrow....they look good but basically when Jisoo said "Not bad but Not good"but I cut more and turned them slightly to curtain bangs at least it covers my forehead Nad I have a mole on my forehead and ear I hate especially the one on my ear it appears one day turned into a scab and I peeled it like 3 times and it itches sometimes like...
