here some fictional disease descriptions i came up with 
          
          CREDS IF USED
          
          star tear disease, a disease of unknown love that effects only (gen) due to a curse placed on by an ancestor whom died under the stars. this illness is not something you can just cure. the longer you keep this love to yourself the worse your illness will get. you could you'll lose you eyesight due to the bright light the stars emit this could also result in color blindness and that black liquid will infiltrate your lung killing you. the condition gets worse daily.
          
          butterfly syndrome, butterflies habit themselves inside of somebody's torso, floating around, settling the muscle. Creating immense uncomfortability and nervousness. Creating tension in the abdomen and an elevated heart rate. Butterflies may find their way of the esophagus flying out of the mouth. This being incredibly painful. This disease is caused by unrequited love. The lifespan refers disease is one year, giving the butterflies pose no threat to you and do not harm you only creating uncomfortability. This disease is only cured. If the person you are in love with love you back.
