Hey friends! How is everyone doing? Anyone else battling serious Pandemic Fatigue?
          
          I’m posting a new thing here. For those of you following my shenanigans on twitter Above and Beyond is I’mAnAlienDude. A little secret? Even after writing professionally for 15+ years as a script doctor/ghostwriter I’m still terrible at titling things, so a lot of my WIPs have random titles like “I’mAnAlienDude” or “HappyRobots?” or “WickedGayThing” so I know which project it is. I’ll get around to titling it eventually.
          
          Above and Beyond is told from the perspective of an alien that crash-lands on earth and is found by a park ranger, Sally and Sally’s dog, Rufus. I’m playing a little bit with grammar/punctuation because aliens may do/say things a little differently than we do. If you choose to read the story and you see anything that doesn’t fly right with you feel free to let me know. Sometimes we play around with rules in a WIP and it works, sometimes it doesn’t :)
          
          I hope you’re all doing well (or as well as can be expected in a pandemic).

I decided to stop posting a chapter at a time and I uploaded the final three to Welcome To The Resistance. You can now read the whole novel :) It's kind of exciting to officially publish my first novel.
