Happy new year everyone!
          	
          	I've finally posted the chapter, I hope it's up to your expectation because it took me almost a year to finish. 
          	
          	And merry Christmas as well to those who celebrate it. 
          	
          	I'm sorry for being so late but I felt that you might all not be very happy if I made another announcement without the chapter. My last one seems to have grossly miscalculated how long it takes to come up with 24 names and the specs of 6 completely original species.
          	
          	Well it's finally done now and I have a year to post the next one! Hope you enjoy it!

Hey everyone, I'm alive.
          
          I am so so so so so so so so sorry for not updating for so long. An Unexpected Turn Of Events is not discontinued, even though it may seem that way. It is a combination of writers block, procrastination, laziness, and school work that has caused this. Though I don't really have much of an excuse since the summer came and went and there was not a single update.
          
          I don't think I can ever say this enough but I am so sorry.  I was shocked back to reality when I realized that I haven't updated since January. I thought I last updated April.
          
          Thank you all for not losing hope though and I mean it this time when I say I am updating soon. I have been writing every day and my sister has been amazing at giving me feedback. I have gotten my thoughts in order, gotten the timeline structured, and now know how to write what has been holding me back for months.
          
          I promise this time, really promise. The chapter will be out soon. Please don't give up on me.

@TheFrenchyestFry it is. An Unexpected Turn Of Events is never going to be discontinued no matter what happens. But I have a lot of stuff going on and frequent bouts of writer's block with my mind being on stuff like physics and add math.
            
             But my exams are finishing soon and once they are I can focus on writing the next chapter for you all. I am sorry for keeping you waiting but I try to make sure that everything is ordered. I plan out every chapter because I know how the book is going to end and so everything needs to meet that end point. 
            
            So don't worry about me never updating. I know the wait can be trying but I will hopefully post soon.

@belindabaffour I can't give an exact date as I have a lot of work to do for school. There is also the fact that I need to make sure that everything in AUTOE is as well written and original as possible. Though I can be sure that the next update will be in 2-3 weeks and the one after that will be in about 1 and a half. Just hang in there.

@SonofNeptune1942 yes i am never going to discontinue any books i write. I have just been drowning in work and so have had barely any time and i am stuck on one part. I plan on breaking the next chapter into parts so i can be updating faster.
