I went to the NC Courage game on Saturday and it was AMAZING. Got to see a 3-1 win, new club siging and Englqnd international EMP. Even got to see my favorite player (Riley Jackson) score a pen (which I like to believe I manifested with the jersey I wore.)
          
          It was an insanely fun experience, and one I definitely want to repeat. If you have the chance to support a local team, do it. You will not regret being part of the home crowd.
          
          Unfortunately, Matsukubo, one of our best players, was sold to Chelsea the day before the game. Fortunately, that means the will make an appearance in my little universe regardless.
          
          Next chapter of Perfect Duo will be released on Wednesday!

An update if you haven't read the final chapter of Finding the Way Back and haven't seen the author's note there.
          
          I have been going through some stuff mentally, and I have been spending this last week getting back to where I need to be in a healthy state of mind. It is part of the reason why there hasn't been a chapter of Perfect Duo posted.
          
          Fear not. I am establishing a daily schedule and have still been finding time to write and continue making progress. As such, there will be two chapters of Perfect Duo this week. One tomorrow, and one on Wednesday day. After this week, I plan to be back to the minimum one chapter a week like it was before.
          
          On another note, I will be celebrating the 4th here in the US by attending my first soccer/football game in person. I will be watching the North Carolina Courage (an NWSL team) in person, which I am looking forward to. I am super excited about that, and I can't wait to be cheering them on!

The prologue and first chapter of Maya and Riven's story, Perfect Duo, is published! Please check it out if you are interested, and fans of Finding the Way Back will get to enjoy lots of references between the stories!

Things will be changing going forward, but in a good way! The plan is to move away from my current schedule of just posting whenever I have a chapter ready to a set schedule as I have found a few things that helping me get my chapters written quicker.
          
          This is what that will look like, starting on Monday.
          
          Monday: Finding the Way Back
          
          Wednesday: Maya and Riven's story (title TBD still, and I have 5 chapters written)
          
          Friday: Figuring it Out bonus chapters until I am done writing them and there are probably 4 remaining. (This will likely become a second chapter of Finding the Way Back if I can keep with this schedule)
          
          I'm doing all of this because I want to become predictable with a set schedule if I can keep up with it.

Another update from me!
          
          The first bonus chapter for "Figuring It Out" has been posted, and "Finding the Way Back" has hit 41 chapters, which feels insane. I wanted to get through the bonus chapters for "Figuring it Out" faster, but I am going to be taking a slower approach to them, as I don't want the journey to end yet.
          
          As for Riven and Maya's upcoming story, I have been working on it in the background, and I am up to having four chapters ready to publish. I am hoping to get a few more done to build up a bigger back log of chapters, and I hope to start publishing their story either late this month or early next month, so be on the look out for that!

A bit of an update.
          
          I have been interested in giving you (my readers) a way to communicate with me given the lack of WattPad direct messages ever since they were removed. For that, Discord was my go option, with my username posted in my account bio.
          
          While I understand that only a few people have ever communicated with me through Discord (as I haven't really advertised it in my stories), it is something I want to keep as an option. However, with Discord's new age verification requirement, I am looking for a new way to make this possible.
          
          I want to give you the opportunity to communicate directly to me, and it sucks that I have to move away from the platform I have trusted for nearly ten years because of a policy I refuse to support.
          
          Sorry for the rant, but I wanted to pass on this bit of information.

Today is my birthday, meaning I am yet another year older, even if I don't feel like it. Hope all of you are having a great day!

A bit of a fun update to share.
          
          @melovessports and I have agreed on doing a crossover involving some of our characters.
          
          What characters and stories you might ask?
          
          Jamie, Chesca, and Maya from @melovesports Away from Home and What is Home. Maya has been mentioned in the newest chapter of Finding the Way Back, with Jamie and Chesca to be mentioned in the future.
          
          Maya will also be getting her own story in the near future, written by me.
          
          So please go give the stories the characters originate from the love they deserve.
          
          In other news, there will be a crossover between Figuring it Out and Findin the Way Back in an upcoming sequel for both stories.
          
          I hope you guys are just as excited about this as I am!

A chapter for both Figuring it Out and Finding the Way Back will be out at some point today. I just need to find time to edit the chapters for grammer and basic errors!
