My calling is to be a writer/poet. I am meant to articulate the human experience in the most beautiful, raw, and heartfelt ways. I feel that these 6 years have been preparing me to speak my truth freely, but I also learned some new skills along the way. I enjoy creating digital art, and as a storyteller, that goes hand in hand. I can make my own book covers and characters if I wanted to. Aside from this, I am simply growing closer to myself, and the closer I get to myself, the more I am called to create + express. I look forward to creating new works of art and poetry that reflect where I'm at in life and what I have learned thus far. Thank you to all those who have supported me over the years.

I'm rereading old poems. I have a very old soul lol and I am an amazing writer. I haven't written anything in a long time because I was always trying to write about other people and capture their beauty in a poem. Or I would keep trying to convey how hurt I was from a past relationship. I realized I couldn't keep writing about that. I wanna make another book. I wanna write a love novel + a poetry book full of affirmations and self love.

Hi hun! I love your beautifully written poetry. I could feel your heart and soul through the beats in the rhythm of your words. I would love if you checked out some of my poetry because from what I read I feel as though you would be able to relate to my words as well ♡

Poetry helps me to release all my pent up emotions. I used to be scared to write poems about how I truly felt, but I'm not anymore. I am honoring how I feel and sometimes my emotions towards other people won't be kind and loving and that's okay. They are my emotions and anyone who's gone through what I've gone through would feel this way. I can't be ashamed of how I feel and I encourage my readers to honor their feelings. Society teaches us that anger, resentment and other unpleasant emotions should be completely avoided , but I've found that when you actually sit with those emotions , they go away on their own. Yes anger and resentment can become an issue, only if you keep holding it which causes it to grow. It grows because we are taught that those kind of emotions are wrong to feel, so they build up as we continue to avoid them. If you tell yourself "its okay and completely understandable why I feel this way" in that way you are honoring your feelings and that is what helps you let them go. Namaste
