Hiya guys !
I am still working on the Club Penguin fanfiction with Jet Pack Guy. However, I think I am going to modify a few stuff about my Rachel fanfiction (not too much though, the story stays the same).
For example, I'm gonna change the characters ages.
Rachel will no longer be 18 when she arrives to Club Penguin, she will be 21. At the end of the fanfiction, she will be 22.
The reason I changed her age was because according to my headcanons, Rookie is 1 year younger than Rachel. So if Rachel is 18 when she joins the EPF, that means Rookie was 17. And considering I had him being in the EPF since a while, that would mean he would have joined when he was 16. And I found it kinda off to have a teen joining the EPF (though it's only my opinion).
I am also going to change some things about the PSA and the EPF, but the story is going to stay the same.
I apologize for the sudden change. When I wrote the Rachel fanfiction, I wasn't exactly being careful with the Club Penguin lore (which I had decided to work more on) and I didn't think enough about the character's ages.
I'll be more careful with these elements on my future fanfiction.
Also I know Herbert and Klutzy were not really relevant in my first fanfic, but ! Do not worry, Herbert and Klutzy fans, they'll have much more importance in the Jet Pack Guy one !
I am even thinking about writing a One-Shot about Rachel's first met with the duo.
One last thing, in case you might be wondering when does the JPG fanfic takes place in my AU's timeline : it takes place 1 year and 2 month after Rachel's arrival, and as you saw at the start if the fic, Rachel has already met Herbert and Klutzy before the events with JPG.
