Eggplant and Sakura

HEY Guys so.... I had know idea who the heck to get in contact with and ask about this. But, I am having a lot of trouble trying to upload new story parts to my book. When I go into 'works' and then click new story part under my story, all it does is reloads the page. And when I go on to the story where it has all the story chapters and contents and click, new story part it goes into a new page and tries to make up set up an ENTIRELY new story. Some help please?

Yo guys, even time I try to upload a new story part the page doesn't open! How the heck do I fix it?

At the moment this is a joint account of me (Commonly known on the internet as Eggplant(_ )chan and my friend commonly known as Sakura(_) Chan(11)) BUT, you can just call us both Eggplant and Sakura :D
