guys, I'm worried. There is this person who messages me when they have a breakdown/panic attack. This doesn't upset me in the slightest but- I don't know how to help them since I've never seen them in real life before. For some reason, I'm only good at comforting people who I've met IRL. please any advice... I don't want to lose another person because I'm an insensitive asshole who doesn't know how to help other people.......

@Sam-winchesters-shoe  Well you could ask them about how their day was a bunch of questions to calm them down or distract them
          	  so sorry I JUST followed you and saw this but I have several friends that moved away that have breakdowns all the time and this is normally what I do sorry if i answered to late

          	  I've been that kind of person before, it just depends on what's going on in their life but I'm not going to ask. I'd say to take it slow and talk to them very carefully

OKAY SO I was talking to my mom last night about a girl, we'll just call herrrr Natasha and how she's nice when shes not around this absOLUTE BITCH named Evelyn but when she is around her shes really mean. and my mom said "its because shes a chameleon she knows how to blend in" and of course me being the abrasive asshole said (WITHOUT THINKING) "well I don't want to blend in at a-" and as I said that I realized "all- why? BECAUSE I HAVE NO SURVIVAL INSTINCT goddammit...." and my mom just laughed and said "I was about to say that's not like courageous or anything that's you being fucking crazy"

so like im sick and i cant breathe and my parents might not let me stay home from school so you guys might get an update if they do, Im still TECHNICALLY on hiatus though. but like yea
