Life is tough. We all go experience pain in some kind of way. Not at the same level, but pain is still pain and shouldn't be taken lightly. 
If u have depression, anxiety or if u just feel like trash bc of something so is talking about it the only solution. To get help and advice from others. To take away some of the weight from your shoulders.
It can be hard, but by pretending the problems aren't there and lie to others, and yourself, about how u feel will just bury you even deeper. And the longer & deeper u go with the pain the harder it is to become free from it.

I did just that and now I'm stuck. Stuck in myself and all the pain. And it's hell. I don't want people to do the same as me. So pls take the path that will help u becoming free.

And one more thing:
Saying "Hi" to someone who's alone means more than u think.
Asking if someone's ok, how they are feeling, if something's bothering them shows the person that u care and that means so much.
Giving someone 1 minute of ur time can make someones day go from 0 to 100. I know how it feels, and it's an amazing feeling.
U don't need to be friends to do so.

Go out there. Give people a smile. And if u need help, don't be scared of reaching out to someone, whoever it might be, you'll thank yourself for it later ;) <3
