I had that issue too. What worked for me was submitting a ticket and then deleting and reinstalling the app. I don’t know if that works for everyone, but maybe it’s worth a shot?

Okay new problem. Just realized what I'm looking for is on a deleted account and the books no longer exist. I tried wayback and i guess I didn't do it right, but can someone please help me find these books. I want to republish them!
