          Im already in a really Bad state i stoped eating since two days im rlly depressed havent showered a week and a half and i have Bad anxiety and Ive been in my Phone 14h a day Minimum and my moms conclusion is to Take my Phone away at 20:00pm or 8pm i Just cant anymore my life is so shit

I just found out my cousins friend died he drowned it happened he was 15 it happened some weeks ago i think you can google it its german but you can translate it just write "junge ertrunken in allermöher see" then you can read it all i dont know how i should fell i didnt know him well but my cousin did i fell so bad for the boys family and everytime i think about this i tear up
