If you're facing any errors logging in to Discord Support, try resetting your password specifically for the support portal. Clear your browser cache/cookies, try an incognito window, or make sure you're not using a VPN (which you obviously don't have a VPN)

@Nomad118 it impossible to get backup codes if you logout I never get used to security of Discord it happens to me once
