          The bushes across the road rustled as a heavy wind swept the land. An intoxicating smell wafted from the woods.
          
          Sweet like raspberries and saffron, but there was something smoky and raw about it as well. Elara found herself inching towards the scent. There was something so mesmerizing about it, and she was resolute to follow it.

What happened to captive?

I’d like to give a huge thanks to @Saarahv16 for showing tremendous support on Tame Me, a reader like you gives me hope that my stories will never be forgotten and are enjoyed. It means the absolute world to me, and is the best gift anyone can ever give a writer; just the mere knowledge that someone is reading something I wrote. It is helping me push through the double chapters I’m working on for Captive.
