I have an idea for a new story but I'd like to know what you think of it.

'The shocks ripple through my body one by one. Creating this numb feeling, starting from my toes and making its way to my head. The feeling in my body is gone, all feeling is gone. Memories, emotions, pain. Everything was pulled from my body long ago. My name is Bryn Halcyon. My home is District 12. I have survived a Hunger Games. My fathers name is Haymitch Abernathy. He is dead. Everyone is dead. I should be dead too. Why am I not dead?'
^^^^ so that's the basic explanation for the story but I'll explain further ----
Haymitch has a daughter who I have decided to call Bryn. She's a victor of the hunger games and somehow is connected to Katniss and Peeta (more explained in the story) and she is in love with Finnick younger brother Kai (made up character) in going to have it so that they are the star-crossed lovers instead of Katniss and Peeta. Sort of. Katniss and Peeta story is going to be the same as it is in the story up until the end of their games and everything changes because of Bryn and Kai. K+P are still the Star-Crossed Lovers of D12 but because Bryn and Kai are in love too and from 2 different districts then the rebellion happens differently.
P. Snow had never liked Bryn but has also never known that she is Haymitch s daughter. When he starts to learn the truth that she is not only Haymitch's daughter but also dating fellow Victor and mentor from District 4, Kai Odair, he changes the game. What he doesn't know is Bryn has fight too.
