currently edit a host of academic journals and a south asian diaspora magazine 'U Asia' in UK under KiLax Ltd's publishing program. Besides I teach university programs, UK awarding bodies' certifications apart from delivering corporate training and featuring in seminars. My working career span television broadcasting, print and new media, publishing and teaching in India, Australia, Afghanistan, Nepal, Egypt and UK. A large part of my career has been in senior management position involving in managing editorial production, news room and new media initiatives in Hindustan Times (a newspaper launched by MK Gandhi currently owned by KK Birla group), Ariana Radio and Television (Kabul), India’s public broadcaster, Times of India (the world's largest selling English-language daily owned by Bennett Coleman), Observer newspaper (owned by India's largest private company Reliance Group), Cyber Media, etc.

I also provided extensive management consultation focusing on e-learning (content management to strategic partnership), brand management, consolidation of new media, structuring deals with credit rating agencies as a representation under Kleiner Perkin’s funded B2B portal for a large population of small and medium enterprises, etc.

Besides, I also provided consultancies to a host of media and IT companies on their business planning, content, and audiovisual production -- Tehelka, elearning project at Platinum Edu Ltd (HFCL Group),Yahoo!, IANS, UBICS (UB Group), and a B2B portal owned by Vinod Khosla, a leading venture capitalist and founder of Sun Microsystems.

I hold a master's degree in from Griffith University (Australia), a second degree in management from UK, attended a series of on-campus credit-based programs at Oxford University, and nearing the completion of PhD at University of Greenwich in London.

My primary interest areas include philosophy (postmodernism), archaeology (excavation) and literature (post colonial fiction and surrealism).
