Anyone just get really sad but like also feel empty  and u just wanna cry but u'd feel selfish bc other people have it way worse then u do so u just sit on bed about 2 have a breakdown and get mad about the littlest thing like people talking or any kind of noise... no? me neither im just peachy

Ok so plz tell me im not the only person who gets major freaking anxiety the day before school or something bc u have no idea where 2 go and u just know for a fact your gonna get lost then that might lead to u getting in trouble or embarrassed or something so u just can't sleep the night before next thing u know its 3:10 am and your freaking out bc your making scenarios up in your head just building your anxiety up...
