Well I really appreciate that you came over to continue reading the story! Actually, it was recently announced that the webtoon has returned. My original artist returned to the project, so it's back! @Zoredbird Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and the character's name is  Bloo. Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on for a while or so. Also, it may be random, but its ok because I know how you feel. I used to watch this show too.
