This week's update is going to be delayed a few days. I've been dealing with heavy writer's block for this part. I'm working through it, but chances are this update is not going to be done before the end of tomorrow, not even if I pull an all-nighter. I will post it AS SOON as it's done and it WILL be done before the end of the week, I promise.
Soooooo, this week's update? May be a little late. According to the original script I had for all of part 2, this chapter didn't even exist, which is part of the reason it's taking so long to write - the other part being I'm taking a class in biology. Which means lots of time-consuming labs, time-consuming lab reports, and time-consuming unnecessary classes that cover exactly the stuff we've already learned about because we were required to read the sections of the book pertaining to the subject we were going to discuss in class before getting to class. But I digress. I'm working on the chapter right now so it will more than likely be up tomorrow if not later tonight, no later than late tomorrow.
SURPRISE! Extra update this week, on account of today, Friday, being Alice's birthday! (The update may not actually be viewable until tomorrow, but surprise update either way.) WHOO!
So, the update of GSBM may not be available until tomorrow - I have to deal with some personal issues today that will most definitely delay the update. At the earliest, it will probably be very close to midnight GMT, or around 6 pm EST. Sorry~! I'll try not to let this happen often in the future~
The next chapter of GSBM should be up sometime in the next hour or so. Wheeeeeee!

And so begins the second part of this thrilling saga! From now on, the chapter numbering may end up getting a little confusing - the Wattpad title, the way the chapters show up here, is going to be sequential for the whole story, I.e., part 2's first chapter is entitled "Chapter 25." However, within the chapters, they will be marking how many chapters into that specific part you are in, I.e., in this twenty-fifth chapter, the first of part two, it is called "Chapter 1." I may have just made things worse trying to explain that... In any case, there is a new update up, just in time for Christmas for those of you who celebrate it. For those of you dear readers who celebrate Hannukah or Qwanza or any other winter-time holidays that I am unaware of, I apologize for not knowing the dates. This chapter goes to you, too, as an additional holiday gift. And the next time I update will be in the new year! Happy Holidays, everyone~
And, at last, the end of part 1. Such a journey this has been - and it's nowhere NEAR finished! Don't worry, my amazing readers, I do not plan to go on hiatus or any kind of break between part 1 and 2 beyond the usual two weeks between uploads. So, around Christmas - is the 24th Christmas Day or is it the 25th? Anyway, around Christmas, you can expect the first chapter of the next part, "Partner," to be up as an early/on-time present to all of you amazing folks.

I was able to take some time away from my personal life to bring you this week's update. Writing is the biggest priority in my life right now, something not a lot of people close to me understand. Thank you, everyone who follows me, for supporting me the way you do. Even if to you it's insignificant and meaningless, having you all validate me and believing in me the way you do means a lot, more than most of you know right now. I just wanted to share this little bit with all of you before I return to the unforeseen circumstances that, hopefully, should not persist into the next scheduled update, because I'm excited for this next update and I don't want it to be delayed. (And, by the way, if I'm excited about it, you should be REALLY excited about it if you like Gifted Sight, Blind Might.)
