          A shorter chapter that could potentially be done in the next hour or so, or a longer chapter probably Thursday?

I'm 1,152 words into chapter 24. I'm not giving up on this story. I could never! I first started As Potter is to Snape in January of 2022. It's too much of a part of my life to give up now, but I am definitely struggling lol. Hopefully 24 is done in the next day or so, but realistically, it'll, at best, be done this weekend.

When will the next chapter be released?

I know everyone wants the next part, and I swear I'm working on it, but I'm also working full-time at my real job, to pay my real bills. I'm also a mom, and a daughter, and a sister, and a friend, and there's a thousand other things going on. I'm trying.

Starting on Chapter 21 today!!!

The next few chapters of the fic live rent free in my head now. (They always do, but especially lately) But I've only got 7 more chapters to edit of my book. 
          
          Only 7 more!! 
          
          And only about a month and a half until my Author Meet and Greet at my local library, and the book absolutely has to be done by then. Realistically, it needs to be done by the beginning of September if I have any hope of ordering copies to sell there. Which I desperately need to be able to do. 
          
          Bills, ya know?
          
          Anyway, all that to say, I miss the fic and I wish I was working on it. When I'm done with this book, I seriously plan to spend a solid month on just the fic. I don't want to think about anything other than Snape, Harry, Draco, and Evelyn. 
          
          I can't wait for you all to read the things I have planned for them. Obvious things would be the four of them, plus Brielle, getting used to the newness of being in each others lives more. I'm still debating about having Evelyn move in with Snape before the wedding. What do y'all think about that? 
          
          Also, kind of spoiler-y, a potion mishap is coming, but that's all I'll say about that  But I'd love to have questions about anything else you might want to know about for the fic!!

I really love the scene where harry is hurt and snape helps him so could u make a scene like harry got into a really really bad fight with someone? if it doesn’t add up with story it is fine u don’t need to make it ☺️
