@ScarletteDevana Hide in a trash can. It's what I always do, or just hide from the world either way works. I have social anxiety so I just stay in my house all the time until I have school :')

@ScarletteDevana Drown yourself in music, draw while listening to music , If you want, write a diary, Draw whatever is your thinking, Drown them out while you watch some movies or series, Listening to music while taking a walk, Get a half bath or shower while listening to music .
