this is a teaser, should I do this as a story or nah?

Autumn sat, legs crossed and face tear stained. Staring at where her brother lay, silent and motionless. Dead. Around him lay a pool of blood, the bright crimson staining the floor a dark burgundy. His face was covered too. Red and sticky. Where he had buried it in his hands. His wrists still steadily leaked, drip after drip.

With her whole body shaking, Autumn got to her feet. She staggered, knees about to give in at any moment. While clutching the wall she edged to the door. Suddenly her eyes misted over and she began puking. The sour taste staining her teeth. Any food she had consumed over the past few days came right back up. Splattering the hallway an off yellow.

That's when she heard the sirens. Like a howling pack of vultures here to carry away her brother for a feast. Before she could register it, they were surrounding her. Trying to pull her away from his body. The white noise deafening. They tried to get her to sit. Arms around her, suffocating her, pulling her back. While she watched, helpless, her brothers body being carried away. Forever.
