This month has been a rough one...since I went to the doctor earlier this month in years because of this exact reason. I spent 5.5 years working towards losing weight, so I would take seriously with chronic pain I have dealt with in February 2018. It was taken seriously at all, and all they care about was my weight by noted not once but 4 different ways and my blood pressure (which will never be low in a doctors office due to too much medical trauma). I was pretty much dismissed pain wise after they did x-rays. While I have the name for the pain but it doesn't help, not having solutions to help. I even complained that it is affecting exercise, and they noted that they talked to me about exercising because I needed to lose more weight.
Luckily, I have a great chiropractor now. He believes that part of the pain is muscular structure issues with posture. This is why I struggled with exercise since October after my race. So, I need lower inflammation in my body because one of my biomarkers came back high. Anti-inflammatory foods here I come.
So, on June 1st, I am tracking everything I can and turning myself into my own case study for a while since no one will take the pain seriously other than our chiropractor, and that is not helping right now as much as usual does.
Not how I want my birthday month to go, but last week, I made up for it with a day full of my favorite things for my actual birthday.

If you know me, I try to my politics views to myself. But if you think you won because the Supreme Court overturn this. You just took away the choose especially in medical emergency from thousands of women. It nice to that I do not deserve human rights decide with my own body. Before you delete me because I was raised by strong woman, who taught that I could do anything regards my gender. But the government does not!
P.S. I do not want to ruffle feather but I feel like I need say because you disagree me does not mean we can't be friends. I have different beliefs than you for different reasons.

This week has rough one...last Thursday night one of three people in our house got sick and give it to the rest of us by Sunday. So by Wednesday afternoon, we know this was not typical head cold...so with rapid test and me being the willing guinea pig, we figure out that it in fact was what we hoped it was not. Most of family is being very cautious and careful about this week and next week by quarantine. My symptoms are like head cold, that does not want to end. Last night was first night I have slept more 4 hours since last Friday night.

Today's walk brought me up to 2,600 miles since October 2018. Since October 2021, I walk 99.75 miles. As someone, who deals with chronic pain conditions, that would be impressive to someone does not deal with issues I do. So I am very proud of that manage another milestone mileage.

That’s amazing! Definitely something to be proud of.
