There’s a part of the brain that helps determine what is and isn’t a living thing with feelings and emotions. Example: if your walking down the street and see another human the activity in this part of  your Brian increases and you recognize them as a living breathing thing with feelings and emotions. On the other hand, if you look at a lamp for example the activity decreases cause you recognize it as an object. But scientists have found that in really sexist mean when they see a woman dressing a bit too provocatively or posed in a certain way the activity in this part of the brain decreases. Which means that they no longer see the woman as a living breathing human with emotions and feeling. They literally see them as an object.
