~Scratch and Grounder!~

Scratch: A tall, roughly humanoid robot with chicken-like features, including "scaled" feet, winglike arms, a feathered tail, and a beak. Scratch seems to be the leader of the badniks (himself, Grounder, and Coconuts), and is marginally smarter than Grounder, making up for his lack of Grounder's assorted gadgets - though scratch does possess a laser pistol, a drawstring and hands that can turn into scissors.

Grounder: A short, teal mole based robot with continuous tracks for mobility. He has a drill for a nose as well as two on the ends of his arms. Grounder specializes mainly in gadgetry; he can turn his drill "hands" into any number of weapons or tools, stores assorted equipment (commonly a telephone) in his torso, and even has the components of a Swiss Army Knife installed in his tongue. He's the most fragile, getting blown to bits more often than the others.

Dr. Robotnik: I'm going to need something tiny.
Scratch: How about Grounder's brain?
Grounder: Very Funny

Grounder: I put my head back on for this?
Scratch: Oh shut up! At least yours is SUPPOSED to be detachable!

Grounder: Sometimes I wish Doctor Robotnik hadn't made us so persistent.
Scratch: He made me persistent. He made you too dumb to quit.
