Anybody got any solutions or something to calm down or relax after a possible anxiety attack..?
My mom still hasn’t taken me to the doctors to get checked for depression and/or anxiety so I don’t know what the last hour/two hours I spent crying and getting depressive to my friend-god bless her for dealing with me-was..
But..anyone have anything that might help..?

Thank you
I’m sorry for never seeing this!
I appreciate the help and I’ll take your suggestions to heart

@ScreechingLife I have them quite frequently as well my friend but the best thing to do is think of something you can focus on. Like the touch of a soft puppy, the smell of fresh cookies, the view of the sunset, the taste of brownies. Anything you can focus on to make you happy or calm.

Another way is to think of someone who supports you and imagine that they are with you

One more is just to take deep breaths, i know you probably hear that alot but it works quite well. Focus on your thoughts, breathing, heart rate, and other body essentials to help you calm down.

Hope these help my friend! I love your work and i hope to continue to see your books in my recommended. And if you ever need help, i know im a stranger but i am willing to listen for i have similar troubles. May light shine upon you and your loved ones in this difficult time, blessed be mi amici and think happy thoughts.
