@ScreechingLife I have them quite frequently as well my friend but the best thing to do is think of something you can focus on. Like the touch of a soft puppy, the smell of fresh cookies, the view of the sunset, the taste of brownies. Anything you can focus on to make you happy or calm.
Another way is to think of someone who supports you and imagine that they are with you
One more is just to take deep breaths, i know you probably hear that alot but it works quite well. Focus on your thoughts, breathing, heart rate, and other body essentials to help you calm down.
