I'm a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Two parts sage for each part daft. 
I'm a culinary amateur with some intermediate combat training. I'm a poet and a scholar, not quite a gentleman, but only because I lack the coat of arms. 
I can draw better than I can sing, but the world will never see or hear either from me. I'm a smith of words, a verbal wunderkind (and props to you if you sunk your teeth into that w), a grammatical bard, a linguistic samurai, an urban soothsayer, and very long-winded.
I'm somewhere between novice and expert in everything I do. The level of expertise is a determination I'll leave up to you.

Scriptomancer, a portmanteau of the Latin "scriptum" and the Greek "manteia", could possibly mean "divination through writing", is nevertheless a nonsensical word, so, no, I will not be telling anyone's fortune.
