I was thinking and a lot of people are speculating that Will may die next season because he is connected to Vecna and if Vecna is killed by El then Will may die as well. I believe he only dies with Vecna when in Hawkins. He mentions at the end of season 4 how when he went back to Hawkins he felt Vecna, his pain. This means as long as Will isn’t in Hawkins they aren’t connected! He just can’t be in Hawkins when Vecna’s killed! Yayyyy!!!
