Is Megatron going to return during your story or is he just going to stay in his self imposed exile? I think it would be cool if someone starts attacking Cazenovia and Team Prime slowly uncovers that it is old Buckethead. But it is your story, do with my suggestions as you wish.

@DXDAlbion If you're talking about RID 2015, then Yes. For Rescue Bots I'm thinking about including that in my current story; as bonus chapters. My knowledge about TF Animated is virtually nil though, so that's unlikely.
