Actually coming back to Wattpad after years of abandoning it is so wild. Anyhoozie this is like a temp thing, i really don't like some of Wattpad's doing. I want to become a serious writer and spend more time on my projects that bring me joy, i know Wattpad has gotten people movie deals but i don't want to not have full creative control over something I made.
Wattpad will always have a special place in my heart because it was one of my first interactions with fanfiction and I'm forever thankful for that but it might be time to let go. Most of my favorite writers either stopped writing or switched to a different platform, so there's really no reason besides nostalgia for me to keep holding on to this app.
Sorry this is a bit more serious than most of the stuff that I post on here but I'm trying to be better as a person
