selection of partners will be done through a randomizer. if one of the admins gets them self, then they will put in another name. 

example: Kara draws a name for Bob. Bob gets Kara. Unfortunately, now Kara knows that Bob has her. To prevent this, Kara draws another name, Steve. Later, Cricket puts Kara with Jimmy John.
