Try and remember that no one is how they seem.
That one boy in your class who barely gets D's and sleeps through most classes and yet somehow remains on the teachers side because he's on the football team, his parents got divorced and his dad turned abusive. Now he spends most of his nights keeping his little sister safe.
That girl you managed to get four periods with who you don't really like and is mean to everyone was bullied all through elementary school.
That teacher who always gives everyone a bad grade and gets mad at everyone is still mourning his wife and now he can barely pay the mortgage on his house.
That one girl who gets all A's and turns in her essays fifteen pages longer than necessary and seems to be friends with everyone is just working hard to impress her parents who never listen to her and deal with depression that overtakes her if she doesn't keep busy.
That kid that sits in the back of the class and never talks to anyone is dealing with sever anxiety and gets really nervous when they has to talk to anyone, but always hopes that someone with talk to them.
That one boy who seems to be in and out of detention has undiagnosed ADHD and always feels misunderstood.
That one girl who's nice to everyone yet gets passed by in the hallway by everyone, her mom died when she was five.
That girl seems to be in every group project you get sucked into and who takes over the entire thing has no control over her own life and spends every day wishing for a escape.
Just keep in mind that everyone has their own problems that no one knows about, whether or not their as bad or worse than these. No one's problems are less than anyone else's just because the world views one problem as worse. Most problems just AREN'T COMPARABLE. Different people feel things differently. No matter how big, or small, you are never alone. <3
